Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 October 2026

The short version: be honest, keep your account to yourself, and don’t copy our programs. Programs you enroll in are yours for life, programs are non-refundable, and we teach skills but can’t guarantee a job. The details are below.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and YesHire Academy (“YesHire Academy”, “we”, “us”). They apply when you visit yeshireacademy.com, create an account, or enroll in any of our programs (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms takes away any rights you have under Philippine law, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394), that cannot be waived by agreement.

2. Who we are

YesHire Academy offers online programs that prepare Filipinos for remote work. The Service is operated by YesHire Online Tutorial Services, a business name registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI Business Name No. 8592630) and owned by Aldee Ajero Sanchez, with its address at Barangay 62 – Homapon, Legazpi City, Albay 4500.

You can reach us at info@yeshireacademy.com.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You can sign up with your email and a password, or with Google. The information you give us must be true and kept up to date.
  • One account per person. Your account is personal: don’t share your login or let anyone else use your account or your programs.
  • Keep your password safe. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has access to it, change your password and tell us right away.
  • We may ask you to verify your email address and, later, your mobile number before you can use some features or promos.

4. Programs and lifetime access

A program is an online course, or a series of courses bought together, made up of video lessons. When you enroll in a program, whether you paid for it or got it for free, it’s added to your account.

Lifetime access

  • Access to a program you’ve enrolled in does not expire. You keep it for as long as your account exists and the Service operates.
  • We regularly update and revise programs to keep them current. When a program is updated, you keep access and see the latest version. We may tell you about important updates by email or in your dashboard.
  • If we stop offering a program to new learners, it’s removed from the shop but stays in the accounts of everyone already enrolled.

“Lifetime” means the lifetime of your account and of the Service, not a guarantee that the Service will run forever. If we ever have to shut the Service down, we’ll give enrolled learners at least 30 days’ notice.

Program content

Program descriptions tell you what a program covers, its length and its number of modules. Please read them before you enroll. Updates may add, change or remove lessons to keep content accurate.

5. Free and paid programs

  • Prices are in Philippine pesos (₱) and are shown before you check out.
  • A program can be made up of several courses. You can buy the whole program and, where we offer it, single courses. A single course opens only that course; the whole program opens every course in it, including courses we add later.
  • If you already have some courses of a program and then buy the whole program, you pay only for what you don’t have yet: the lower of the price of the remaining courses and the program price minus what you already paid for courses in that program. This is calculated for you at checkout.
  • Some programs and courses are free. A program or course can change from paid to free, or from free to paid, at any time, for example during a giveaway.
  • If you start a program or course while it’s free, you keep lifetime access to it even if it becomes paid later.
  • Price changes, sales and giveaways never affect programs you already have, and don’t entitle anyone to a refund or credit of the difference.
  • Discount codes and promos have their own conditions (validity dates, number of uses, which programs they apply to), shown when they’re offered.

6. Payments

  • Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, PayMongo, through QR Ph, which you can pay from GCash, Maya or most bank apps (and other methods we may add). We don’t see or store your card, e-wallet or bank details.
  • The amount you pay is the price shown at checkout, after any valid discount. A program is added to your account once the payment provider confirms your payment.
  • If your payment went through but the program isn’t in your account, or you were charged twice for the same program, email us at info@yeshireacademy.com with your receipt and we’ll fix it.

7. Refunds

Programs are non-refundable. They’re digital products that you can access immediately after purchase, so we don’t offer refunds once a program has been added to your account, including if you change your mind, don’t finish the program, or the price changes later.

This doesn’t affect billing errors (see Payments above) or any right to a refund you may have under Philippine law.

8. Certificates

  • Every program comes with a certificate of completion, given once you meet the program’s requirements (completing every video lesson in the program). This includes free programs. A program made up of several courses gives one certificate, at the end.
  • Completing a lesson: a video lesson counts as complete once you’ve watched at least 90% of it. You can rewatch any part, but you can’t skip ahead past the furthest point you’ve watched. Our system records which parts you’ve watched and decides when a lesson is complete.
  • A certificate shows that you completed a YesHire Academy program. It is not a government-issued license, a professional accreditation, or an academic degree.
  • We may revoke a certificate obtained by cheating or other academic dishonesty.

9. No employment guarantee

Our programs teach skills and practical know-how to help you start a remote career. We don’t guarantee that you’ll get a job, a client, or any level of income, and we don’t place learners in jobs. Results depend on your own effort, skills and circumstances.

Our programs may teach you how to use remote-work platforms such as OnlineJobs.ph, Upwork, Indeed and LinkedIn. YesHire Academy is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by these platforms. Their names and logos are trademarks of their owners. Each platform has its own terms, which you’re responsible for following.

10. Promotions and giveaways

From time to time we run promos, such as free courses or discount codes. Each promo’s details are shown when it runs. Unless a promo says otherwise:

  • A promo is limited to one claim per person. To count, your email address must be verified. Email addresses that lead to the same inbox (for example, Gmail addresses with dots or “+” tags) count as one person.
  • Promo rewards can’t be exchanged for cash, transferred, or sold.
  • We may cancel a claim, or close an account, that was made with fake details, multiple accounts or other abuse.
  • We may change or end a promo early, but claims already made will be honored under the rules that applied when they were made.

11. Acceptable use and academic integrity

When you use the Service, you agree not to:

  • share, resell or lend your account or programs;
  • download, record, copy, share or publish program videos or materials, except where a download is clearly offered for your personal use;
  • use tools or tricks to mark lessons as watched without watching them;
  • try to break, overload, scrape or get around the security of the Service, or access another learner’s account or data;
  • use the Service for anything unlawful, or to harass, defraud or harm others.

No website can fully prevent screen recording, but copying our programs is still a breach of these Terms and of our intellectual property rights.

12. Intellectual property

The Service and all program content (videos, text, graphics and the YesHire Academy name and logo) belong to YesHire Academy or its licensors and are protected by the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines and other laws.

Enrolling gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use a program for your own learning. It doesn’t transfer ownership of any content to you.

Anything you create with the Service (such as a CV) stays yours. You allow us to store and display it to provide the Service.

13. Emails and notifications

  • Account emails (email verification, password resets, receipts and important notices about your account or these Terms) are part of the Service and are always sent.
  • Program updates: we may notify learners enrolled in a program when it’s updated. You can turn these emails off in your dashboard.
  • Marketing emails about new programs and promos are sent only if you opt in. You can opt out anytime from your dashboard or the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

14. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party services, such as Google (sign-in and YouTube videos) and PayMongo (payments). Your use of them may also be subject to their own terms. We’re not responsible for third-party websites we link to.

15. Suspension and account deletion

  • You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing info@yeshireacademy.com. Deleting your account permanently removes your access to all your programs and certificates, and can’t be undone.
  • We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms (for example, account sharing, piracy, cheating or promo abuse). Where reasonable, we’ll warn you first and give you a chance to respond.

16. Disclaimers and liability

We work hard to keep the Service accurate, available and secure, but it’s provided “as is”. We can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and program content is for educational purposes only, not professional, legal, tax or financial advice.

To the extent allowed by Philippine law, YesHire Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost income or opportunities), and our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the program concerned. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or gross negligence.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service grows. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make important changes, we’ll let you know by email or in your dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms. Changes never take away access to programs you already have.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If you have a concern, please contact us first. Most issues can be sorted out quickly. Any dispute that can’t be resolved informally will be brought before the proper courts of Legazpi City, without prejudice to your right to seek help from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) or other government agencies.
